At Tuel Skincare, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the formula remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
